Whether its unrequited love or pleading for forgiveness this song works! Tiwa savage delivered impressive vocals on otherwise average lyrics. Bang bang has a fascinating charm about it, with the mid tempo r ‘n’ b groove, catchy and infectious chorus, and you have just to love the way the chorus, verse and hook bled into each other.
Bang bang had already done well for itself as one of the more out standing albeit underrated songs on the Red album, but we came here for the remix. The song was pretty much the same as the original save for P-Square’s addition.
Tiwa’s decision to add Africa’s hottest duo P-Square on this one was spot on. Given that this brothers are the kings of singing about matters of the heart in such delicious ways. Now, recording this in the middle of all their family drama and at separate times it would have been easy to write them off on this one. But their delivery on this one might just make you believe the twin telepathy nonsense.
Paul took the first verse and owned what he does so well! With his playful lyrics, smooth delivery, dulcet vocals,  he knew just where Tiwa was coming from and he met her right there.
Peter first looked to be struggling to get in sync with the rhythm but then, seconds later he was killing it and the adlibs he delivered at the end was just the icing on the cake.
